The Missionary Diocese of Tamilnadu & Pondy - Orthodox Anglican Church of India was formed in Chennai during May 1983. The diocese covers the whole state of Tamilnadu and also the other parts of India. There are about 743 churches (South India & North India) affiliated with the Missionary Diocese.
